PCR Hemp Oil or phytocannabinoid-rich oil is a “true” full spectrum CBD oil made from whole-plant hemp extract.
PCR Hemp Oil is not the regular, THC-free full spectrum CBD oil you buy online.
Phytocannabinoid hemp oil is the only true full spectrum oil because it contains high levels of CBD, in addition to THC, secondary cannabinoids, terpenes, and hemp nutrients.
Phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil is not going to get you high — the oil contains less than 0.3% THC, which isn’t enough to get you intoxicated.
One of the most common questions we get from customers who want to buy PCR Hemp Oil is whether or not it’s legal in their state. If you are interested in the legality of PCR hemp oil in Arizona, keep reading.
Is PCR Hemp Oil Legal in Arizona?
Yes, PCR hemp oil with less than 0.3% THC is legal in Arizona. In May 2018, Governor Ducey signed the bill that authorized the cultivation of industrial hemp and legalized all hemp products, which also includes CBD.
Under Arizona law, “hemp products” means all products made from industrial hemp, including cordage, fiber, fuel, grain, paint, paper, construction materials, plastics, and by-products derived from sterile hemp seed or hemp seed oil. Hemp products excludes any product made to be ingested except food made from sterile hemp seed or hemp seed oil.”
Arizona hemp law regulates licensing for growers, processors, harvesters, and transporters, but it doesn’t regulate retailers.
On the other hand, the law allows processors to manufacture CBD products from industrial hemp, and authorizes them to sell, distribute, transfer or gift hemp products — not including plant parts, food products, or seeds capable of germination or food products.
This means that the production of PCR hemp oil is legal in Arizona, but the law is murky regarding regulatory oversight over the retail sale of this product.
