Therefore, cannabinoids that are intoxicating and artificially made (specifically delta 8) are prohibited for sale inside and outside the OLCC market, starting July 1, 2022.
Before this update was issued, Oregon adopted HB 3000, which considers both hemp-derived and marijuana-derived products containing “intoxicating cannabinoids” as Adult-Use Cannabis Items.
