Benefits and Uses of Hemp Cigarettes
Industrial hemp, or Cannabis sativa, is a plant closely related to marijuana, but they possess one crucial difference: hemp doesn’t possess the same enough THC to get the user high.
While smoking hemp cigarettes don’t give the same intoxicating effects as its close relative, marijuana, many individuals enjoy it, and consider its effects quite relaxing.
This is largely because hemp is rich in cannabidiol, or CBD, among several other cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. And more individuals are turning to CBD to help promote their relaxation.
Additionally, growing research suggests that it possesses components that make it a strong candidate for soothing chronic pain.
But what sets hemp cigarettes apart from the rest?
While it should be known that inhaling any kind of burnt plant matter can pose a risk, hemp cigarettes make a non-carcinogenic, nicotine-free alternative to tobacco products. Plus, the lack of nicotine in hemp cigs makes them non-addictive and has even helped individuals quit smoking.
When hemp is inhaled as a smokable, individuals tend to enjoy the benefits of hemp faster, with none of the grogginess caused by THC. This may have to do with the research that smoking hemp flower may increase both its bioavailability and absorption rate.
Meanwhile, hemp cigarettes may pose an ideal alternative for those trying to give up tobacco. According to research from a blind study at University College London, nicotine-dependent subjects who were given CBD reduced cigarette usage by 40%, while those who took placebos noticed no difference.
Is It Legal To Buy Hemp Cigarettes in Nebraska
So now that we know some of the benefits of hemp cigarettes, it’s time to ask the big question: are hemp cigarettes legal in the state of Nebraska?
In short, yes. Smokable hemp is legal to possess in Nebraska. And this has been in effect since May 30, 2019, when Governor Pete Ricketts signed the Nebraska Hemp Farming Act into law.
This signing has brought the states law into alignment with the 2018 Farm Bill, making it legal to possess, transport, and sell hemp products so long as their THC content’s below 0.3%.
It’s also stipulated in Section 4 of the Nebraska Hemp Farming Act that if you’re transporting hemp products (i.e., hemp cigarettes) and you’re not a grower or licensed handler, your product must include proper documentation, which ought to include the following:
(a) a bill of lading indicating the owner of the hemp, the point of origin of the hemp, and the destination of the hemp
(b) either a copy of the test results pertaining to such hemp or other documentation affirming that the hemp was produced in compliance with section 10113 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, Public Law 115-334, as such section existed on January 1, 2019.”

In fact, most of the evidence points to guaiol’s potential for combating pain, like this 2010 study.
Beta-Pinene-.626 mg/g (.06%)
Beta pinene has an especially piney fragrance, and while it, too, has evidence of working well against pain symptoms, beta-pinene also acts as an expectorant, meaning that it helps promote the clearing of air passageways to help treat coughs.

Quality Craftsmanship & Customer Service
If we haven’t made it clear yet, we’re passionate about giving our people the best hemp smoke experience possible.
That’s why we don’t stop at sourcing great hemp. And we don’t fill our hemp cigs with just ground hemp flower–most brands do this, but we believe we can do better.
That’s why we fill our cigarettes with premium hemp flower and kief.
Known for its appearance and consistency of an ultra-fine, lightweight dust, kief comes from the resinous trichomes found in hemp, and are loaded with terps and cannabinoids.
The kief in hemp flower is made up of the resinous glands that house the CBD and terpenes, so sifting together just a pinch can transform your hemp smoking experience.
On top of that, our hemp cigarettes are nicotine and tobacco-free, making them a popular alternative to traditional cigarettes.
Last but not least, we have unbeatable customer service. Here are some of our reviews from real customers:
