  • Each product package must contain the total cannabinoid content, including the THC content in milligrams. 
  • Hemp-derived CBD products must not contain any health claims. 
  • The label of each hemp-derived CBD food product must include that the product is not FDA-approved. 

In Colorado, CBD products licensed by local health agencies and the Colorado Department of Agriculture that are sold by a licensed company in smoke shops, gas stations, or grocery stores are legal to buy without an age limit.
